Mrs. Heil has over 20 years of teaching experience.  She graduated from ISU with a K-8 teaching certification with an emphasis on multicultural studies.  She began her teaching career in August of 2000 at St. Edward's Catholic School, where she stayed for 17 years.  Mrs. Heil took a position at Heritage Academy as the middle school math teacher and secondary team leader in 2017.  She is now the Instructional Coach and Math Coordinator since 2020.  

Mrs. Heil has been married for 25 years, and has three kids.  She has two grown children and one student at Heritage.  She loves the students and staff here at Heritage and looks forward to helping teachers and kids grow and learn every day.
